This drama workshop is designed to immerse children in the captivating world of Persian mythical and epic literature. Children will explore traditional Iranian theater forms such as Naqqali and Kheimeh Shab-Bazi through fun and engaging activities. This class aims to improve their Farsi speaking skills, boost their confidence, and enhance their creativity and teamwork.

Activities:

• Storytelling: Children will listen to and discuss classic and contemporary Persian stories, enhancing their language proficiency and cultural knowledge.

• Role-Playing: Through role-playing activities, students will practice dialogue and expression in Farsi, bringing mythical characters to life.

• Improvisation: Fun improvisational exercises will help students think creatively and use Farsi in imaginative ways.

• Performance: Students will work towards performing short scenes or a play, showcasing their skills and understanding of Persian literature and traditional theatre.

• Creative Roles: During performances, each student will have the opportunity to showcase their unique talents by taking on various roles such as set designer, music designer, costume designer, and more.
